Terms of Service

By accessing and using ScoutLine, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 14 years old to use ScoutLine
• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must approve your account
• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your password
• All activity on your account
• Providing accurate information
• Notifying us of unauthorized access

ScoutLine is not responsible for unauthorized account access if you fail to safeguard your password.

You agree NOT to:

• Impersonate other users or organizations
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post illegal content or content that violates intellectual property
• Engage in phishing or fraud
• Attempt to hack or access unauthorized areas
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Violate any applicable laws

Your Responsibility:

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant ScoutLine a license to display and use your content on the platform
• You represent that your content does not infringe on others' rights
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your own information

Statistics and Data:

• Player statistics are self-reported or verified by scouts
• ScoutLine does not guarantee the accuracy of all data
• Coaches and scouts use this information at their own risk
• You should verify information independently before making decisions

Video Content:

• You must own or have permission to post video links
• YouTube videos remain subject to YouTube's terms
• ScoutLine is not responsible for removed or unavailable videos

You will not:

• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Post hate speech, discrimination, or threatening content
• Share sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Post content involving minors in inappropriate ways

• Player verification is performed by appointed scouts
• Verification indicates our confidence in the player's information
• ScoutLine does not guarantee the accuracy of verified data
• Scouts are responsible for their verification decisions

ScoutLine is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutLine is not liable for:

• Loss of recruitment opportunities
• Poor hiring or coaching decisions based on our information
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any claims arising from use of third-party content

Important: ScoutLine does NOT:

• Take a percentage or commission on recruitment contracts
• Take a cut of NIL deals or transfers
• Provide legal representation or advice
• Act as a sports agent

Players must work with licensed sports agents for legal matters.

ScoutLine may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in illegal activity
• Harass or threaten other users
• Post harmful or defamatory content

We will attempt to notify you before termination when possible.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Sweden, except that:

• Either party may seek injunctive relief
• Small claims may be brought in local court

ScoutLine may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ScoutLine regarding the Service.
